Who can use Centline

Centline is a business tool for adults. You must be 18 or older, or older if the law where you live requires it, and you must use Centline for your own freight business or the business you work for.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done through your account. A company that makes logins for its drivers is responsible for those logins and for the permissions it gives them.

What is yours

Your loads, invoices, record and documents belong to you. Most of them never leave your phone. When you share something, you give Centline permission to store it and show it to the people you chose, only so that the sharing works, and only until you take it back.

What is not allowed

Anywhere in Centline, including your name, your record, the documents you share and anything else another person can see, you may not:

• give false information about who you are, or pretend to be another carrier, broker, company or person;
• share anything harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable;
• use Centline for fraud or scams, including double brokering or asking to be paid for a load you did not haul;
• upload anything meant to harm a device, such as malware;
• break the law, get into an account that is not yours, or try to break the service.

Zero tolerance, and reporting

There is no acceptable amount of abusive or objectionable content on Centline.

To report a shared page someone sent you, or anything else on Centline, write to support@centline.co with the link.

We review every report within 24 hours. When something breaks these terms, we remove it and suspend or end the account that shared it.

What Centline is, and is not

Centline is a tool for running your own loads and invoices. It is not a broker, a carrier, a factoring company or a party to any load, and it does not promise that a broker will pay or a carrier will deliver. Check an invoice and its paperwork before you send them. Nothing in Centline is legal, tax or financial advice.

The service as it is

We work to keep Centline running and correct, but it is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of mistakes. Features can change or stop. Keep your own copies of anything important; the app's backup is there for that.

As far as the law allows, Centline is not responsible for indirect losses, such as a lost load, lost profit or an unpaid invoice. If we are ever found responsible to you, the most we owe is $100 or what you paid us in the 12 months before, whichever is more.

Ending your account

You can delete your account in the app at any time, under Profile › the gear › Delete my account, or ask us to delete it. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why when we can.

Apple

If you got Centline from Apple's App Store, these terms are between you and Centline, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, its support or any claim about it, and Apple may enforce these terms as a third party beneficiary.

Changes, and the law that applies

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and change the date at the top. If a change matters to how you use Centline, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Iowa, USA.
